PRESENTATION
Created by the Village des Créateurs, the benchmark structure for the economic development of fashion and interior design companies based in Rhône-Alpes, Talents de Mode competition aims to promote creativity in the field of fashion and to support the implementation and development of new companies in fashion in the 1ST arrondissement of Lyon.
THE SENSE IN FASHION AND DESIGNING
Talents de Mode is a competition designed to discover and launch the talentsof tomorrow's fashion. A competition which places a strong emphasis on the meaning of creation, the trend of the moment, avant-gardism, creative imagination and a real Couture sensitivity, ready-to-wear and accessories for women and for men.
A REAL SPRINGBOARD FOR YOUNG FASHION DESIGNERS
A true opportunity to create and develop its business plan through optimal networking and a unique personalized support, creative, financial and entrepreneurial offered by the Village des Créateurs. As much support,advice and relay which guarantees the candidates designers, who are often beginners, a real professional opportunity.
JURY
The jury of the 6th competition Talents de Mode will be chaired by the designers Livia Stoianova and Yassen Samouilov, "ON AURA TOUT VU".
Created by André de Sà Pessoa, Livia Stoianova and Yassen Samouilov, "On aura tout vu" became in 1998 a house of fashion accessories creations for fashion design. With its knowledge and its creative style, the house develops rapidly, his own collections couture, ready-to-wear and accessories.
The creations of "On aura tout vu" reflect the best of innovation, knowledge, sophisticated design, precious contents, humor, and use the best artisans and arts profession that deploy an exceptional talent to ensure the creation of unique products and always amazing. "On aura tout vu" likes divert fashion and glamor, clothes and accessories but also daily objects. Designers' mind "re-dress" life by making it bright and shining. All the collections that they imagine borrow the same creative vein diversion and this precious fantasy, the desire to play with materials, lights, the colors where merge the truth and the false.

As every edition, in 2012 the Jury will be chaired by a personality of the fashion. Fashion designers, fashion journalists, members of the fashion industry and business specialists will compose the jury of ten.

Talents de Mode is open to any person, sensitive to designing and to the fashion world, whatever its nationality, status, professionnal status, speaking French or English, aged of 18 years from 1st January 2012 and wishing to settle its company at the Village des Créateurs, Passage Thiaffait, in the 1st arrondissement of Lyon. The project can be carried by a team, provided to appoint a representative.

The candidate must fill in the application form and attach all relevant information relating to the business plan. This includes notably a project description, a business plan, a or several market research(es), visuals and / or sketch collection.
The application should be filed in 3 copies (2 printed copies and one copy on CD) along with 3 products.

How does the selection process ?
After a pre-selection, applicants whose cases have been selected by a preliminary jury will be invited to present their project to a second jury in Mai 2012. This second board, after meeting the candidates, will nominate a winner.
